No management fee charged until rent is collected.
Money Back Guarantee
Try our services for 90 days and if you’re not satisfied, we will refund all management fees back to you.
Cancel Free Anytime Guarantee
All our management agreements are month to month that you can cancel at no charge with a 30 day notice.
Rental Payment Timing Guarantee
Disbursements will be sent to you by the 20th day of each month (or the following business day).
Pet Damage Guarantee
We will cover Approved Pet Damage cost up to $1,000 per unit, per tenancy, over the amounts of security deposit and pet deposit.
Transparency Guarantee
We will post all transactions in your owner portal and provide you with all invoices, bills, receipts and work orders.
Cost Control Guarantee
$500 or under: completed, no approval needed. $500.01–$750: completed with email notice for repairs required by law or lease. Over $750: owner approval required. Emergencies and habitability issues: no cap, no approval required.
Easy Switch Guarantee
We will take care of all the work when switching from other PM companies and reduce our management fee if they charge a termination fee.
