Which one applies to me?
- Homes in the City of Portland: the Portland criteria. There are separate documents for financially responsible and non-financially responsible applicants.
- Elsewhere in Oregon: the Oregon criteria (outside Portland).
- Vancouver, Camas and the rest of Washington: the Washington criteria.
- Co-signers, rental references and pets have their own documents.
Screening is run by an independent company, Pacific Screening, and usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
