Before founding Greenbridge Properties in 2009, Dave was an investment analyst and asset manager for a private equity firm with a financial stake in 10,000 apartment units throughout the western United States. In this role, Dave evaluated potential investment properties, oversaw the management companies, and tracked investor returns. During this time, he earned a postgraduate certificate in real estate investment and development from Portland State University.
Dave has also been an active volunteer for the Portland nonprofit New Avenues for Youth since 2008. He joined their Board of Directors in 2016. New Avenues is dedicated to the prevention and intervention of youth homelessness and was recently ranked the fourth most admired nonprofit agency in Oregon in the Portland Business Journal. Dave spends most of his free time with his wife, Deena, and two children, Connor and Molly. He volunteers weekly in their classrooms, loves being outdoors and is a fervent listener to podcasts and audiobooks.
Drew started at Greenbridge in 2015 after leaving the public sector, where he worked for the Vancouver Housing Authority. He was made a partner in 2018 and assists or oversees many of the daily operations, including client relations, general management, tenant satisfaction, and business development. When not working, Drew enjoys a variety of social events, live music, and Portland’s many other community offerings.
Karen joined the Greenbridge team in May 2017, bringing with her 8+ years of residential property management. Before joining Greenbridge, Karen worked for Brummell Enterprises and Bluestone & Hockley Real Estate Services. While there, Karen made her mark as a leader with a competitive, entrepreneurial spirit who demonstrates high standards in customer service, team leadership, and property appearance. She is extremely detail-oriented, loves a challenge, and dedicates herself to working towards common goals. When she's not working, Karen spends time with her family, at the park with her dog, playing golf, or in the kitchen looking for something fun and exciting to cook.
Rena is a specialist in the unique field of single-family home and condo property management. She has extensive experience in hospitality, so customer service comes naturally to her, and she thrives in the fast past property management environment. In her free time, Rena can be found with her family and friends, attending her daughter's many activities, reading a book, or exploring the never-ending dining and entertainment options that the Portland area offers.
Jessica has a unique ability to execute in the overlooked areas of property management but are essential to the success of investment real estate, including turnovers, delinquencies, collections, project management, compliance, and more. She is detail-oriented and quick to identify problems and find solutions. Jessica dedicates her free time to family and friends.
Michael has joined Greenbridge Properties with over 5 years of Property Management experience. Born in Oregon and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Michael excels at solving issues during emergency situations and promoting the happiness of both clients and tenants. When not in the office, Michael can be found in his game room, running Roleplaying Games, playing tabletop miniatures games, or painting gaming miniatures (he even has his own Youtube Channel for miniatures!). We welcome Michael's experience, attention to detail, and integrity to our team!
Derek oversees all aspects of property maintenance, working closely with the property managers, residents, maintenance technicians, and vendors. Having eight years of hands-on experience in construction and general maintenance makes him uniquely qualified to understand issues on the ground and hold people accountable. Owners feel assured that their properties are well cared for while also providing top-notch customer service to the tenants. Derek has spent most of his life in the Portland area. When not on the job, Derek enjoys hiking, floating on the river, playing disc golf, and spending time with his family.
Theresa joined the Greenbridge team in July 2022, bringing ten years of experience in Maintenance and Insurance Projects, six years of Property Management, two years of mitigation\remediation specializing in water\fire, and five years of project management. Before joining Greenbridge, Theresa worked for Holland Properties and JanPro of Portland/Vancouver. While there, Theresa made her mark as a leader by creating processes for preventative maintenance, inspections, maintenance technicians' safety, and coordinating/scheduling. When she's not working, Theresa spends time with her family and dog, tending to her garden, or traveling for her photography.
Lupita is a Maintenance Coordinator Assistant with three years of experience in property management. Lupita specializes in work order management and vendor relations and assists in keeping owners and tenants informed on maintenance issues. When Lupita isn't working hard to accommodate the needs of our residents and clients, she is enjoying the outdoors with her friends and family.
Anna is an Onboarding Specialist with five years of experience in property management. Mary specializes in new client and tenant relationships and is responsible for setting up the foundational needs for new properties and ensuring that residents experience a smooth transition. Mary is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Anna is inspired daily by her son and daughters. In her free time, Anna likes to play soccer, work out at the gym and explore all Portland offers.
Jaelene has a background in large-scale customer service environments and has over two years of property management experience. She strives to put the highest integrity and commitment in each interaction. When she isn’t working, Jaelene loves to enjoy the beautiful views of the Columbia River Gorge, live music, and time with her family and friends.
Sianna first received her Real Estate Broker's license in 2015. She found her niche in the industry working in property management and enjoys the unique challenges it brings. With a strong background in customer service, anticipating clients' needs comes naturally to her. She brings expertise in tenant relations, problem-solving, and a team-focused attitude to Greenbridge. When she isn't working, Sianna loves to spend her time with her husband and two dogs hiking, camping, and exploring the great outdoors!
Ashley is our Leasing specialist with five years of successful Customer Service experience. Ashley specializes in Leasing new homes and regularly wants to upgrade her skills to provide the best service she can. She is a firm believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and regularly helps wherever possible. Ashley enjoys an excellent True crime Netflix binge but can also be found Hiking and enjoying the company of her friends and family.
Gretchel joined the Greenbridge team in August 2021, bringing with her 3+ years of property management. Prior to joining Greenbridge, she worked as a project-based admin for Property Management Companies located in different states such as Texas, Seattle, Iowa, and Wisconsin. She can multitask efficiently and loves editing photos/videos. During her spare time, Gretchel loves road trips with family.
Mae has been in Property Management for eight years and her experience in assisting property managers in Leasing Department is one of her specialties. She loves to dedicate her time in stream lining the leasing process and help in any way she can. She loves to learn new things and discover how to make things better in life and at work. During her free time, she likes listening to music and traveling with family.
Phil has over twenty years of accounting and finance experience. He spent his first seven years with a Fortune 500 company before deciding that he preferred working at small businesses. Phil is responsible for all accounts payable, tax reporting, accounting reports, vendor management, and special projects. He’s well-traveled and read and spends much of his free time maintaining an impressive garden.
