You can search our available properties at: When you find one you would like to tour, please click the blue “Schedule Showing” button on the unit details. You will be prompted to enter contact information and then choose a showing time. You will be sent an email and text with the showing details. Please be aware that you will need to provide a phone number that accepts text messages when entering your contact information. A confirmation text will be sent to you approximately 2 hours prior to your showing, and you will need to confirm at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment. If no confirmation is received, your showing will be canceled automatically. We are not onsite management and the confirmation or cancellation allows us to be efficient with scheduling.

Should you need to reschedule, please reply to the email and/or text you receive when you schedule your appointment and someone will contact you.

Applications typically take 3-5 business days to process. If further information is required, someone from Pacific Screening will contact you. For the fastest processing time, please provide any requested documentation to the Pacific Screening directly.

Your lease will be sent via email for electronic signature.

You must confirm your lease start date within 24 hours of receiving your approval email. Leases must be signed within 72 hours of receipt, and approved applicants are required to take possession of the unit within 15 days of submitting the application.

Each property has a specific utility policy. For individually metered utilities, residents will be required to open an account with the utility provider directly. 

For properties that utilize a bill-back system, the formula below is used: 

Half of each utility bill is divided by the total number of occupants at the property and then multiplied by the number of occupants in your unit (“Occupancy Portion”).  The other half of each utility bill is divided by the total number of occupied square footage at the property and then multiplied by the square footage of your unit (“Square Footage Portion”).  The sum of the Occupancy Portion and Square Footage Portion is your utility invoice for that month.

For most pet-friendly properties, Greenbridge will allow up to 2 pets with management approval. Breed restrictions can be found here: Some properties have a specific pet policy, please refer to the policy outlined in the unit marketing. 

Monthly pet rent will be added to your charges: $50 per pet under 35lbs, $100 per pet over 35lbs. We do not charge a pet deposit.

ESAs, with a valid letter from a medical provider, are not considered pets and will not be subject to monthly pet rent.
