With tenants: Tenants are our customers. Consider the hospitality offered to hotel guests. Be empathetic but focus on the facts during disagreements. We have a fiduciary responsibility to the owner. Be respectful but firm in your decision.

Simplify, standardize, then automate. Constantly seek ways to cut out repetitive work.
